TS&S, LLC is a growing company whose focus is to ensure tribal IV-D programs have the latest in data software. Working with the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement and its partner tribes and vendors, TS&S continually looks for ways to provide quality services at a reasonable cost to its clients.
TS&S, LLC was established in 2014 to assist OCSE and tribes to install, configure, operate and maintain the Model Tribe System (MTS). Working with our contractors and with the directions of OCSE, TS&S, LLC is working to enhance the MTS to ensure it's in compliance with federal and IRS codes
Program Assessments: TS&S, LLC offers an on-site program assessment to help determine if the MTS is right for your program. During the assessment we will look at your business policies and technological resources to evaluate the benefits and estimate the cost involved.
Advanced Planning Document: TS&S, LLC can assist IV-D programs with applying for federal funding to pay for training, installation, production support, maintenance and equipment/technology upgrades that are needed for MTS.
End User and IT Training: TS&S, LLC offers initial on-site training for users and IT professional as well as additional trainings as needed for system updates and modifications through web seminars, teleconferencing, and/or on or off sire trainings as needed. Our MTS staff and partners are the most qualified and skilled professionals working with the MTS today. We have worked on the system through the design, development, user acceptance training and implementation.
MTS Help Desk Services: Our MTS Help Desk is a multi-channel solution that enables us to deliver a better customer experience and work with the IV-D program together, as a team. Whether over email, support tickets, live chat/voice, or self-help through the knowledge base, all support history is tracked in one place and can be accessed from anywhere. Our goal is to provide the best service possible.
System Hosting & Maintenance: MTS is hosted in a IRS compliant data center that provides encrypted customer backup storage. The application and servers are also maintained by TS&S and xTiCorp so the consortium member has a hassle free experience without the demand for their own IT department.
Kyla Stephens is the Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager for Tribal Systems & Services, LLC. Currently, she oversees the Model Tribal System (MTS) Consortium project which involves implementation, training, maintenance and on-going support of the MTS for Tribal Governments and consortium member tribes. Kyla graduated from East Central University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. She started her career in child support in January 2008 with the Modoc Tribe of Oklahoma. With Modoc she experienced all aspects of child support, including everything from intake through finance. When the Modoc Tribe became involved with the MTS in 2010, Kyla took the role as the Project Manager for the pilot of the system. Kyla has presented various demonstration workshops and trainings of the MTS for Tribal IV-D programs.
Brianna Taylor is the Helpdesk Specialist, and Training Coordinator for Tribal Systems and Services. Brianna Graduated Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) with her Business Management and Administration certification along with her Legal Office Assistant Certification. In her time at ICTC she became Business Liaison for Business Professionals of America, and a committee member for Skills of USA.
